Base Pricing - Applies from Thanksgiving Monday to Victoria Day (May Long) - 2 night minimum stay

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: $350 per night

Friday and Saturday: $500 per night

Exceptions:

2 weeks over Christmas Break and New Years: Please reach out for Pricing

Canadian Holidays: $600 per night

July and August - The Sweet Pea is only rented by the week for Sunday to Sunday stays during this time period with some exceptions - Weekly Only

Price per Week: $3350

June and September Pricing - Applies from Victoria Day Weekend Friday (May Long) to the last Sunday in June and from the Friday before Labor Day weekend to Thanksgiving Monday - 2 night minimum stay

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: $400 per night

Friday and Saturday: $600 per night

-> All stays are PLUS HST and there is a $200 plus HST prep/cleaning fee that applies to every stay

-> All stays require a $500 refundable security deposit

More Detailed Rates Info

1. Note that the initial booking request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. Once received, we will reach out to you to discuss payment options for the stay and the security deposit.  We will prefer e-transfer moving forward because of the high fees for credit card. Should you wish to pay by credit card, there will be a 5% fee added onto the total. In addition to the stay fee, cleaning fee (200) and HST (13%), there is a $500 refundable security deposit that is due before the check in date.

2. Canadian Holiday pricing is higher than regular pricing as well as Summer, Christmas holidays and late spring and early fall seasons. The details are above but I wanted to make sure it was clear. 

3. The Sweet Pea can only be booked weekly during the Summer season from last Sunday in June to Labor Day weekend for a Sunday to Sunday stay. Please reach out to sales@thesweetpea.ca for any questions.  

4. Summer dates are typically open around the end of the calendar year. However we will take an early request so please reach out. The price for summer is around 3350 plus hst and cleaning per week.
